Welcome to our website! We appreciate your time in learning about our organization's mission which includes:
Diversifying the ranks of leadership in law enforcement
Equipping minority law enforcement officers with the tools, knowledge, experience and opportunities to excel in their craft
Bridging the gap between law enforcement and the diverse communities we serve
In addition, as we grow we hope to provide scholarships not only for college-bound students but also to minorities in taking local police entrance exams. We are also eager to partner with local police departments, governments and non-profit agencies to improve quality of life.
